The item is a sterling silver miraculous pendant with a 18 inch or 45.72 centimeter long silver curb chain. The chain will have a lobster claw catch on the end. The pendant measures 7/8 inches tall and 3/4 inches wide or 2.22 x 1.27 centimeters. The front of the pendant says O Mary Conceived Without Sin Pray For Us Who Have Recourse To Thee.
